Very poor communication

This was the first time I had bought medication on the internet and admittedly I make a mistake on my consultation. After three weeks waiting for my medication I emailed them to ask what was going on. I was then informed that I had missed a question out and that they could not complete the order until I cleared up the matter. I did it straight away and thw medication was then sent out.
I does make my wonder how long I would have waited if I hadn't contacted them. They did not tell me there was a problem until I approached them again. Very poor service.
