Directions
Adults and kids over the age of 12 Sprinkle on the area being treated once or twice, then smooth it in or massage it if you'd like. If necessary, repeat the process after 10-15 minutes. If necessary, repeat up to three times each day. reducing to only the morning and evening once the initial symptoms have passed.

Avoid using on sensitive regions such as the face, eyes, and broken or irritated skin.
