3. Keep the bottle upright and insert the nozzle into one nostril. Press the plunger down and simultaneously inhale through your nose. Release the plunger and remove the nozzle. Repeat for the other nostril.
4. Clean the nozzle and replace the plastic cap after use. Do not exceed the recommended dose in the table.

For children under 12 years: Do not administer to children under 12 years old. For adults and children aged 12 years and over: Use one spray in each nostril 2 or 3 times daily. Do not exceed 3 doses in 24 hours. Do not use continuously for more than 7 days. If symptoms persist, consult your doctor. In case of overdose, contact a doctor or your nearest Accident & Emergency Department, bringing the leaflet and packaging with you. If you miss a dose, take the next dose as needed, ensuring not to exceed 3 doses in 24 hours. Do not take a double dose.

Prolonged use may lead to recurring congestion. If you notice any side effects not listed or have concerns, consult a doctor or pharmacist. Store below 25ºC and keep out of children's reach. Do not use after the expiry date on the packaging. Dispose of unused medicine properly; ask your pharmacist for guidance.
