Description
What are Betmiga tablets?
Butmiga tablets contain mirabegron as the active ingredient. These prolonged-release tablets cause a slow release of the drug in hours. It is used to treat the overactive bladder.
How does Betmiga work?
The active agent is the beta-3-adrenergic receptor agonist. It attaches and activates the beta-3 receptors present in the bladder muscles. Activating these receptors causes the bladder muscles to relax and relieve the pressure on the walls, which causes the urination reflex. You will have fewer unwanted contractions and unwanted urination.
Are the Betmiga Tablets suitable for me?
It is used in adults who have an overactive bladder (urgency in urination), an increased frequency of urination and urinary inconvenience (leakage of urine). This is a prescription drug, and you need to consult the doctor before using it.
