Honestly, I didn’t think I’d use this as much as I do, but it’s addictive in the best way. After a long day, sliding into the sauna blanket is like pressing reset. My stress levels drop, my muscles relax, and I’ve been sleeping deeper since I started using it. It heats up quickly, and the temperature controls are super easy to use. If you don’t have time to get to a sauna or spa, this is the next best thing. Love it.

I bought the sauna blanket mainly for detox and bloating, and it's been worth it. I use it around 30 minutes a session and always come out feeling lighter and calmer. It's especially nice on cold days. One star off because the zipper can get a bit hot to the touch if you're not careful, but other than that, no complaints. I’ve noticed my skin looks healthier too, which was an unexpected bonus!

I was a bit hesitant to buy a sauna blanket, but after reading up on the benefits, I decided to try the Welzo Premium High-Dosage Infrared Sauna Blanket V6—and I’m so glad I did!

I mainly got it for muscle recovery and relaxation, and after a few weeks of use, I can really feel the difference. The heat is strong but evenly distributed, and I start sweating within 15-20 minutes. It definitely gives that deep, detoxifying sweat similar to an actual sauna, but without leaving my home.

What I love most:

The sauna blanket helps with my chronic back pain. It’s become a part of my daily routine, and I can't imagine going without it now.

After using twice the zip broken. Anna from Welzo kindly sorted the situation by sending a replacement. The Sauna mat is very relaxing but in my experience is more like a comfortable hot blanket not a sauna.

I was skeptical as I was unsure due to the low cost, but it is a great item. It heats up considerably fast and reaches quite high temps. Really long as well as I am nearly 6ft. Great buy,l!

This is really good quality material. I really hate the sauna, to the point that my wife asked me why on earth I had bought this. The reason was I wanted the benefits of sauna but without sitting weirdly with strangers half naked. I also always end up dizzy in normal saunas.

I got this to try at home and I’m really pleased with it. I’ve only used it a few times but I’ve already learned some helpful tips.

Don’t get in it cold. That will prolong the time you need in it, although the first two times I was in it I didn’t know that, it was still a pleasant experience I just wondered why I wasn’t sweating and the reason was my core temp needed to rise first.

Best to do that with a warm shower or 5 mins cardio before getting in.

Also wearing a hat can keep the temp in too and make you sweat sooner.

Saying that, lying for an hour in the blanket regardless of sweat is a really relaxing experience I just need to make the sweat happen more quickly in times when time is limited.

I have ordered sauna blanket for my muscle recovery and wanted price friendly options, since some of them in the market cost quite a lot. I have been using Welzo for couple of weeks now after my training and I have to say it does really have an impact and my muscles feel much more relaxed and rested, less tense. I love how sauna blanket comes with a storage bag which makes it so easy and less mess.

The sauna blanket makes a positive difference to my aches and mood. Why is it referred to as an infra red sauna blanket? I also did not realise it did not come with an inner cover.

I am so pleased with this sauna blanket most saunas need me have closed but this blanket gives me the same detox results at home quality is good and with infrared onboth top and bottom heats up quick and to a good temperature im pleased with this purchase and would recommend it

Was recommended to try this for my fibro and ME/CFS pain and it does feel pretty relaxing, not sure on long term benefits yet but will keep going with it

The sauna blanket hasn't been tried yet as is a present. Delivery and Customer service were fabulous.

What a great product at an even better price! So relaxing and enjoyable in your own front room. I am 6”3’ so the blanket is a little short for me but my only recommendation would be that the bottom has a zip so you can pop your feet out if your tall so you can get the blanket right up to your chin.

Just giving my review on my first use of the Sauna Blanket
I found it to be really good and relaxing it really helped to make my joints feel a lot more looser and relaxed I didn’t feel so stiff I’m going to really enjoy using this as I go along. I would definitely recommend it.

Bought for pain relief with Fibromyalgia and chronic back pain. Amazing feeling. I have actually fallen asleep in it it gives me so much relief. I use it nearly every day.

I bought this to see if it would help my fibromyalgia, it is really relaxing and warms up quickly. I have been using it every other day and I can definitely feel a small difference. Would definitely recommend
