I bought top and bottom, it definitely eases aches after tennis and I know it will be great for my skin also, as I use red light therapy on my face every day to keep wrinkle free and youthful. Red light therapy works
I probably would like more lights but it is effective, I set max brightness and 10hrz pulse

I spend 30 minutes on each frequency daily to get relief most of the day..it's been a God send and well worth the money!

I have a Hooga Ultra panel and this mat is not as strong but it does cover your whole body and more affodable, so that alone makes it worth the consideration.
Using the mat is an easy way to start or end your day. I think everyone should try it.
