How to use

This food supplement is suitable for adults and children aged 1 year and older. Take one capsule daily with a meal, preferably breakfast, beginning 3-5 days before travel, continuing throughout your trip, and for several days after returning. Follow professional advice if available. Ensure adequate water intake during the course of live cultures. If you have difficulty swallowing capsules, you can mix the contents with a cold meal or beverage. We recommend starting 40 drops (1ml) = 10mg CBD then increasing as required. Drop under the tongue\, hold for 2 minutes before swallowing. Do not exceed 70mg per day.
