How to use

For optimal results, adults should take one scoop (0.8 grams, 224 billion cfu's) of probiotic powder each morning on an empty stomach. Mix the powder with de-chlorinated water and drink it. This should be done once a day, consistently, for 3-5 days. If you are not satisfied with the results, you may increase the dosage to two scoops a day - one in the morning and one at night - after one week.
