Agenerase and Pregnancy

If you are pregnant or intend to become pregnant, let your doctor know. If the mother is not given the right care while pregnant, HIV can be passed on to the unborn child. Pregnant women shouldn't use agenerase unless the advantages outweigh the risks.

Dosage of Agenerase

- Common Adult HIV Infection Dose: 250 mg or 500 mg every eight or twelve hours.

- Patients Under 40 kg:Dose for Patients Under 40 kg: 15 mg/kg or 20 mg/kg every eight or twelve hours

As directed by your doctor, take Agenerase exactly as directed. Never consume more or less, or for a longer period of time than advised.

In order to lessen the possibility of side effects like headache, dizziness, and nausea, your doctor will likely start you on a low dose of Agenerase and gradually increase your dose.

You can take Agenerase with or without food. Try to take Agenerase every day at the same time.
