Orudis

If you experience any of the following:
breathlessness (even with light exertion);
irregular heartbeats, weakness, and chest pain;
your hands, ankles, or feet swelling;
high blood pressure symptoms include a severe headache, ringing in the ears, confusion, anxiety, and shortness of breath;
nausea, upper stomach pain, itching, loss of appetite, dark urine, clay-colored stools, and jaundice (yellowing of the skin or eyes) are symptoms of liver problems;
kidney issues-insufficient or infrequent urination, painful or difficult urination, ankle or foot swelling, fatigue or shortness of breath;
pale skin and low red blood cell count (anemia) are unusual weakness, dizziness, shortness of breath, rapid heartbeat, increased thirst, and increased urination;;
serious skin reaction: fever, sore throat, swelling of the face or tongue, eye burning, skin pain, then a rash that is red or purple that spreads (especially on the face or upper body) and blisters and peels.
Dosage
Adults typically take 50 mg twice or three times per day. The maximum daily dose advised is 200 mg.
Mechanism of Action
Orudis' precise mode of operation is unknown.It is believed to function by preventing the production of prostaglandins, which are chemicals involved in inflammation and pain.
