How to use

Bathtub: Fill the bathtub with warm or hot water. Dissolve half of the bag's contents in the water. As you soak with the water level below your chest, gradually add the remaining contents. Soak for 30 minutes while drinking hot water.

Foot Soak: Fill a bucket with knee-high warm or hot water. Add a quarter of the bag's contents and soak your feet for 30-40 minutes. Take one capsule daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner
