I placed my order of 2 items 10 days ago, I received only 1 of the items. Contacted Welzo to ask about the missing 2nd item. No response. Emailed Welzo again and was sent a copy of the tracking details of the 1 item delivered. Emailed again explaining again that only 1 item was delivered and should have been 2 and that I was in need of the 2nd item urgently. Sent photos of the invoice showing only 1 item was delivered. Still no response.
Then I receive an email asking me to review the item that I have not received !!!
Still waiting for my response please Welzo ???
