Bath: Add 250g (about 2 cups) of Magnesium Flakes to your bath. Soak and relax for 20 minutes. Use more flakes for a stronger effect.

Footbath: Mix 150g (about 1 cup) of Magnesium Flakes into roughly 5 liters of water, enough to cover your feet. Soak and relax for 20 minutes.
