I ordered an eyeshadow but when I opened it, inside the Nars packaging the eyeshadow was covered in some sticky substance and was all tacky. And on top of this it looks like it’s been used!
The shadow had been worn down at the sides of its metal casing and it looks as though it’s been rubbed down with something. This is very unhygienic.
When I raised the issue with them they said I should take it up with DPD the courier as they delivered it……. They tried to blame the courier when the outside packaging was fine, it was the inside that was the problem. It’s as if whoever packaged the eyeshadow up didn’t clean it up very well, then have tried to sell it.
Anyway the point is don’t buy anything from this company, false advertising products, that have been used. So unhygienic and are not even taking responsibility for what they’ve done. No refund, and no fast response to any of my emails. They are shocking and terrible and a complete rip off.
