How to use

Adults:
- Start with 3 to 6 drops in 6–8 oz of filtered water, twice daily.
- Increase by 6 drops every other day until reaching 52 drops twice daily.
- Stay hydrated with lemon water and ensure daily bowel movements.

Children & Sensitive Individuals:
- Begin with 1 drop in 4–6 oz of filtered water or juice each morning.
- Increase by 1 drop every 3–4 days, as tolerated, up to a maximum of 26 drops twice daily.

Additional Tip:
- To prevent chlorine effects: Take 3–4 drops before and/or after swimming.

To effectively consume the supplement, take it twice a day with water or juice on an empty stomach. For both children and adults, begin with 13-52 drops and gradually increase to 2 droppers (52 drops). If you are sensitive to the supplement, start with 6 drops and increase to 2 droppers (52 drops). The extent of improvements is directly related to the dosage.
