How to use

Shake well before use. Take 1 ml once or twice daily in water, juice, or tea. Recommended for at least 2–4 months or as needed based on individual needs.

For maintenance: Take 1 ml daily, two to four times a week. Shake well before using. Add 1 full squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 oz. of water or juice\, 2 to 5 times per day. Best taken between meals.
