Take one capsule daily or follow your doctor's advice. For intensive use, take two capsules daily, splitting the dose. Adults: Start with 13 drops in water or grape juice\, 2 x per day on an empty stomach. Increase the dose until intake reaches 6-8 droppers\, 2 x per day. Stay at top dose for 2 weeks.
