Cold chain products.

For the cold chain products, team has to send it in the weekdays. If they send on Friday it will be delivered on Monday afternoon and is not suitable.

I did not receive the item as Royal Mail left the package inside the bin, just before collection date, so the product is gone. Welzo said I need to raise the claim to Royal Mail which should not be the case, then Welzo opened the claim with 2 days delay after my objection. I asked a free of charge product meanwhile and Welzo rejected.
