3. After 30 seconds, compare the test area's color on the reagent side with the color chart on the bottle. Designs for Health recommends taking 6 Amino-D-Tox capsules daily between meals or as directed by your health care practitioner.

Does what it should

It does what it says, but you should research if you really need to 100 mg/dL of Vitamin C in your urine. It also gives the highest result in your first urine in the morning.
