L-Citrulline is an amino acid that helps to support nitric oxide production, contributing to better blood flow and a fuller muscle pump during workouts.

This ingredient sits in a stimulant-free pre-workout mix to aid hydration and nutrient delivery inside muscle tissue, recognised for its part in boosting vascular function and performance as part of a complete pump routine [which is important].

What Does L-Citrulline Do?

L-Citrulline helps with nitric oxide production, which can support blood flow and nutrient delivery to working muscles during training. Scientific research suggests benefits related to pump and endurance, aligning with EFSA and NHS-informed understanding of nitric oxide mechanisms.

This is where the evidence sits; Dr. Gonzales from University of Navarra found that citrulline can influence blood flow and performance parameters, reinforcing its role in exercise contexts [which matters].
