I’ve used it a few times for shopping now and it’s been really handy. Comfortable, easy to use and the basket helps a lot.

Folds down easily and fits in the boot without any fuss. Delivery was quick too, really happy with it

I bought this for my husband to enable him to get out and about more due to his mobility issues & he is absolutely thrilled with it. It is really good on flat terrain but can be bumpy at times. It is great to fold down to put in the car, onto buses & trains to enable him to get out and about on his own. It is practical & weighs about the same as a heavy suitcase so if you cannot lift it to put in car, onto bus or train when folded it would be a problem. Time will tell how robust it will be, but at the moment it has given him a new lease of life so can't complain. I think it was value for money & well worth the investment.

I can’t say as I haven’t used it yet, I’m just hoping it will fit in my car with the hoist, as to
Heavy for me to pick up, once I have managed to go outside and get it in my car I will give a proper review but it looks good folded up in my dining room.

Positive:- Well built, very nippy, easy to fold with one hand pull movement. The Raptor is easy to operate.
Negative:- The Raptor is too heavy for me to lift into the car boot.
The hard plastic back rest digs into my back.
The seat is very low therefore I have to sit with both legs twisted to the left side as the seat can not be raised allowing me to sit correctly therefore the combination of which increases my pain. Perhapes I think the solution would be to find some sort of padding for the hard plastic back rest and buy 8" or so of foam to raise my body higher up since I am unable to alter the seat higher from its fixed position.

Found that although stated light weight it was too heavy to place in the boot of my car. The unit is very sturdy and strong. Controls are excellent.

If I could give a review with no stars I would!! Customer service is shocking, not listened to, still awaiting refund after a month!!!! Now seeking legal help to sort it out!

The scooter is a great balance between weight and build quality. It handles steep gradients very well and is nice and stable. The only thing I would change is to have a quick release mechanism for the non-folding arms. as the scooter will be routinely in and out of our car, we have to unscrew the very secure arms each time which does take quite a while, and in inclement weather this could be a bit of a downer. Overall though, we are very pleased with the scooter and would happily recomend it.

This scooter is ideal for this car boot without having the faff of taking it apart.
It travels a reasonable distance between charges and the auto folding is brilliant.

I purchased this for my wife's use after loosing her mobility. She is very pleased with it and is finished to a high specification. It is quiet and smooth in use. It climbs the hills in our area with ease and appears very stable. (Something that concerned her to start with).
Our only con is it's heavier than we imagined.

Easy to set up lighter than most can’t wait to take away

Mainly happy with the scooter. The main thing I don’t like and is very important as I would have chosen a different one is that the turning circle is appalling. Never mind 3 point turn more like 5 or 6 and at the airport today they had to take one of the barriers down because it was impossible to turn the scooter in the area available! My driving is not bad!!!

I have a few issues with the scooter I ordered. It's not recording the distance and the speed when slowing down isn't changing it's staying on 7kmp when really it should be more like 4-5. I have included photos and a short video on the email and when in the dpeed i have noticed that the scooter seems to feel like its going and then slows as if its cutting out, and it's nit recording the distance if travel. Also when closing it up it makes a clicking sound. I feel this is a faulty scooter and I'm concerned about this happening in less than 3 weeks of having it. Please advise if another will be sent to replace as its under 28 days or should I just return and have a full refund and look for another one elsewhere. It's also heavier than i expected.and iv not heard anything from them

Our lovely red scooter which we can fold and unfold remotely is great, I can lift it into the car with relative ease and it has been easy to gain confidence in using it. There are multiple charging options and the battery is as light as a feather (well in comparison, to other batteries I tried hauling around). Would most definitely recommend.

Pleased but heavier than l first thought

Since receiving the scooters we have been using them every day. Weather permitting. We have also purchased the lift platform. We are happy with our purchases.

I can drive this onto trains and buses then press a button to fold it out of the way. At my destination I press the button again to unfold it and drive it off, perfect.
