For Adults:

- Start with 1 to 3 drops of NDF Plus™ in 10 ounces of filtered water on an empty stomach once daily.
- Increase the dose by 1 to 3 drops each week.
- Gradually work up to a maximum of 52 drops (2 droppers full) twice daily.
- For those with amalgam fillings, brush your entire oral cavity using 4-10 drops before taking your dose.
- Sensitive individuals should consider starting with one drop and gradually increasing.
- Physician supervision is recommended.
- Consult a healthcare practitioner if pregnant or nursing.

For Children:

- Begin with 1 drop in 4 ounces of filtered water or diluted juice on an empty stomach once daily.
- Increase by 1 drop every two weeks, up to a maximum of 1 dropper full.
- Upon reaching a dose of 5 drops twice daily and completing one bottle, introduce NDF™ at the rate of adding one drop every two weeks to the current NDF Plus™ dose.
- The combined maximum dosage is 1 dropper full each of NDF Plus™ and NDF™. As a dietary supplement\, take 1- 3 capsules daily preferably on an empty stomach.
