Creatine monohydrate is a naturally occurring molecule involved in rapid energy production during brief, intense activity. This form is a commonly used, highly bioavailable creatine source that helps to maintain muscle energy stores and recovery after tough exercise. This formula heavily features creatine monohydrate as the main active ingredient, and other constituents like protein and amino acids offer supportive backup for training and recovery. Creatine takes part in the phosphocreatine energy system, letting quick energy release happen for repeated bursts of high-intensity effort. Dr. Kreider from Texas A&M University found that creatine boosts physical performance in short-term, high-intensity exercise, aligning with long-standing understandings of energy metabolism. Besides energy support, creatine is involved in muscle function and adaptation to training, contributing to the overall maintenance of exercise capacity in active people. This supplement isn’t meant to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Atlas, the brand behind Atlas Superweight Gainer 1500 Banana, stood out for its sturdy manufacturing backbone via Nutrisport, a UK-registered facility with end-to-end vertical integration for raw material traceability (which helps us feel confident). This heritage, together with HealthMark certification, reinforces a proven track record in quality and safety that guides our selection (which we value). The product line carries Halal Kosher and Vegetarian labels, reflecting a commitment to inclusivity and cross-market suitability, while Certificates of Analysis are openly available via the manufacturer’s site (as a transparency measure). This blend of certification and openness aligns with our strict standards for trustworthy sourcing (and accountability).
Our vetting criteria emphasise supplier credibility and traceability, and regulatory alignment, which this brand meets through its UK regulation compliance and documented quality practices. This particular brand was evaluated by our medical team for strict compliance with our supplement quality standards. The partnership rationale is clear: Atlas offers a strong quality framework and a product built for high-calorie, high-protein needs, making it well suited for the British market.
