Caprylsäure (Octansäure) ist eine gesättigte Fettsäure mit acht Kohlenstoffatomen. Durch die Bindung an Kalzium und Magnesium entsteht ein trockenes Pulver, das sich leicht verkapseln lässt und die Fettsäure nach und nach freisetzt. Kalzium und Magnesium tragen zu einer normalen Muskelfunktion bei, und Magnesium trägt zum Elektrolytgleichgewicht und zur Verringerung von Müdigkeit und Erschöpfung bei.
