Proteolytische Enzyme sind Enzyme, die Proteine abbauen. Bromelain wird aus Ananasstielen und Papain aus Papayafrüchten gewonnen; Serrapeptase wird durch Fermentation mit Serratia-Bakterien hergestellt; Nattokinase wird aus Natto, dem traditionellen japanischen fermentierten Sojabohnen-Lebensmittel, gewonnen, wobei die NSK-SD-Form gereinigt wird, um Vitamin K2 zu entfernen. Wegbeschreibung
