Jeder 5-g-Messlöffel liefert 210 mg Magnesium aus Magnesiumbisglycinat und Magnesiumcitrat, mit Taurin, Apfelsäure, Elektrolyten und den B-Vitaminen Thiamin und Niacin. Magnesium trägt zu einer normalen Muskelfunktion, zum Elektrolytgleichgewicht, zu einem normalen Energiestoffwechsel und zur Verringerung von Müdigkeit und Erschöpfung bei. Thiamin und Niacin tragen außerdem zu einem normalen Energiestoffwechsel bei. Das Pulver ändert beim Mischen seine Farbe, während es sich auflöst, was zu erwarten ist.
Anleitung
Mischen Sie 1 Messlöffel (5 g) in 150–250 ml Wasser (je nach Geschmack anpassen), ein- bis zweimal täglich oder nach Anweisung eines Arztes.
