Jeder 5,8-g-Messlöffel enthält 200 mg Magnesiumbisglycinat mit L-Theanin, L-Tryptophan, Hopfenextrakt, Lactium®-Milchproteinhydrolysat und aktiven B-Vitaminen (P-5-P, 5-MTHF und Methylcobalamin). Die Dose bietet 30 Portionen zur Einnahme tagsüber oder etwa eine Stunde vor dem Schlafengehen.

Anleitung

Mischen Sie einen Messlöffel (5,8 g) ein- bis zweimal täglich oder wie empfohlen in 100–250 ml Wasser oder Saft. Tagsüber und/oder eine Stunde vor dem Schlafengehen einnehmen.
