L-Theanin ist eine Aminosäure, die natürlicherweise in den Blättern von grünem Tee (Camellia sinensis) vorkommt. Erwachsene: Nehmen Sie je nach Bedarf ein- bis zweimal täglich ein bis zwei Kapseln ein. Kinder: Nehmen Sie ein- bis zweimal täglich eine halbe bis eine Kapsel ein. Mit oder ohne Nahrung einnehmen. Kapseln können geöffnet und der Inhalt mit kühlem Essen oder Flüssigkeit vermischt werden. Oder wie von Ihrem Arzt empfohlen.
