Betain, Folsäure, Vitamin B6 und Vitamin B12 tragen jeweils zum normalen Homocysteinstoffwechsel bei; Bei Betain stellt sich die positive Wirkung bei einer täglichen Einnahme von 1,5 g ein. Cholin trägt zum normalen Homocysteinstoffwechsel und Zink zur normalen DNA-Synthese bei. Die B-Vitamine werden in ihrer bioaktiven Form geliefert.
Anleitung
