Präbiotika sind unverdauliche Kohlenhydrate, die unversehrt in den Dickdarm gelangen und dort als Substrat für ansässige Bakterien dienen. Anleitung
Mischen Sie täglich 1 Messlöffel (10 g) in 250 ml Wasser oder Saft und rühren Sie gut um. Nehmen Sie es im Abstand von 2 Stunden zur Einnahme von Medikamenten ein.
