The Primary Active Ingredient Is: Whey Protein

Whey protein is a solid quality protein sourced from milk, delivering all essential amino acids needed for everyday body function.

This blend merges whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate and whey protein hydrolysate to provide quick, mid and long lasting amino acid flow from a single ingredient.

What Exactly Does Whey Protein Do Anyway?

Whey protein helps assist normal muscle repair and recovery after exercise, contributing to the upkeep of lean mass and aiding normal muscle function.

Dr. Hartman from the University of Texas found that whey protein supplementation can grow muscle mass, boost strength gains, and speed recovery after resistance training.
