Bittere Wurzeln wie Angelika, Löwenzahn und Klette werden seit langem traditionell in der europäischen Kräuterkunde verwendet, während Fenchelsamen und Ingwerwurzel bekannte aromatische kulinarische Pflanzenstoffe sind. Im Gegensatz zu klassischen Bitterstoffen enthält die Formel keinen Alkohol.
Anleitung
