Ordered this Thursday morning it arrived Friday morning , easy to set up , had my first try out on it today, really comfy, smooth ride and so easy to fold and put in boot . Could not be happier with it, it will make mine and my husbands life much easier. First class product and first class service

The scooter is very well built, it is easy to fold and unfold. The scooter was brought for my mother to use and it will be my sister that will be helping her to use it. My mum is very happy with it and took it to Bournemouth on a weekend break and it enabled her to get up and down the hills allowing her to get to the sea front from her hotel.

Quite good value for money , performs well and is fairly comfortable , seat , back and armrest work well , folds up easily , quality is ok , one of the front wheels steering rods was not assembled properly so I had to fix that otherwise the wheel juddered and the steering assembly would have eventually broken.

I started to lose my mobility quite literally overnight nearly two years ago. Through trial and error (lots and lots of error…), I feel I’ve finally got the stable of mobility equipment I need. As many ambulatory disabled who still manage to work will attest, it’s not a transport network - particularly in London - set up for peace of mind. This folding scooter feels like driving an upright chair with handlebars. In other words, taking up the same space as any standing passenger. With the added confidence of knowing that if disaster strikes it will fold into the boot of an emergency Uber, I feel like I’m in control of the travel element of my working life again.
Now, since I’ve sold at least four other scooter users on it over just two trips out, when are you putting me on commission?!

It’s a great scooter my husband loves it, we haven’t tried getting it in the car yet which was the whole idea of having one seems heavier than we thought

Very pleased with the folding scooter just what expected. Very easy to fold and light enough to lift . Bought it to take on holiday in August. Its only takes the room up off a suit case .

Scooter is fine Delivery was a joke, it took 5 emails and 6 days to arrive, tracking showed it wasn't dispatched for 4 days and promised delivery was 24 hrs, it is a shame this soured the purchase. Please do not expect 24 hr delivery cause it wont happen

I was a little disappointed when I received the mobility scooter that it was heavier than I thought it would be, plus I find, because I have Osteoarthritis of the knees, that it is a tight fit when I sit on it, I feel that I have a hard job to bend my knees enough to get my feet on feet on the scooter.

Only had one run out on the Mobility Scooter since getting it but so far really happy with it. The next real test will be in two weekends time when I use it at a large Christmas Market in North Norfolk. A couple of observations from Sundays run out with it. It would be great to have rear lights on the scooter. Also it would be good to have a second designated handle at the bottom of the folded scooter so you can lift the scooter to lift over into the boot of the car. But all in all very happy with my first ever Mobility Scooter.
