The Active Ingredient Is: Protein (Whey Protein Isolate)

Protein is an essential macronutrient made up of amino acids that help tissue upkeep and growth. This product uses whey protein isolate, a highly purified form that brings a quick amino acid supply for the body’s needs.

This form offers fast-absorbing amino acids from whey, and it lines up with EFSA and EU standards for protein ingredients in sports nutrition products.

What Does Protein (Whey Protein Isolate) Do?

Protein helps the body’s normal muscle protein synthesis and maintenance processes, especially after activity. Research shows a 20–25 g protein dose can maximise muscle protein synthesis in young adults, helping to keep muscle after training.

Dr. Morton from the University of Bath found that whey protein isolate delivers a rapid amino acid surge, helping post-exercise recovery and muscle maintenance through high‑quality amino acid supply.

This product isn’t intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
