I am very pleased with this scooter. It folds and unfolds seemlessly and is easy to store. The only drawback so far is the switch at the bottom of the back for switching between Open, Close and run. This was knocked in my storage cupboard and the scooter began opening, causing a problem. My husband manages to put it in and out of the car with no problem although I think it is too heavy for me to do on my own. The battery lasts well and is easy to charge.
On the whole I am very pleased with it.

I'd started to feel very weary & tired all the time & my face portrayed the same..since taking this, I've had a lot of compliments about my skin & how great I look. Most importantly I feel so much better - getting back to the old me, but NEWER & BETTER STILL!

Quick delivery, quick results that are easy to read!

Got this for my Nan to be able to get out and about with. Easily folds down with a press of a button and we travelled to Spain with it. Very convenient to fly with, just have to remove the battery and bring the battery on board with you.Very reliable, lasting battery and all in all an excellent buy. My Nan is super happy with it as am I. Highly recommend!

Nice little scooter that works well and folds really well to take less space.

The extended warranty gives an assurance of extended support and even at my age (79) that’s welcome and one less thing to worry about. The Repair coverage again is peace of mind that if anything should go wrong I will soon be back on the road again and life back to normal. Very pleased with my purchases.

Generally this lift is great, however first time I used it to put my scooter in my car, the lift dropped on one side. I had tested it beforehand in the house with my scooter with no issues. It made a loud noise & I noticed the top was not level anymore. It looks like the mechanism has dropped on one side. The lift does still work. There is just under an inch difference between one end & the other. I decided not to return as the lift still works as it should, & the unevenness not affect the functionality. The lift is definitely better with the additional battery rather than plugging into the scooter battery. Overall this is a great lift but mine did develop this uneven issue soon after using it.

Coped with inclines and semi rough terrain well. Batteries did almost fall out once when folding for transport so made a retaining strap. Also made a waterproof cover as one wasn’t available to buy . But overall very pleased and would recommend it to anyone who wants a lightweight portable mobility scooter

I bought this for my husband to enable him to get out and about more due to his mobility issues & he is absolutely thrilled with it. It is really good on flat terrain but can be bumpy at times. It is great to fold down to put in the car, onto buses & trains to enable him to get out and about on his own. It is practical & weighs about the same as a heavy suitcase so if you cannot lift it to put in car, onto bus or train when folded it would be a problem. Time will tell how robust it will be, but at the moment it has given him a new lease of life so can't complain. I think it was value for money & well worth the investment.

Folds up with the remote control and is easy to lift into the bus. Easy controls. Just perfect all round!

I’ve been really impressed with this scooter. I was starting to avoid longer shopping trips because walking any real distance was becoming tiring, but this has given me a lot more independence.

It feels very stable and secure, the seat is comfortable even when I’m out for a couple of hours, and there’s plenty of room without it feeling awkward to control. I was worried a larger scooter might be difficult in shops, but it’s surprisingly easy to manoeuvre around aisles, shopping centres and tighter spaces.

The suspension and larger tyres also make a noticeable difference outside. Uneven pavements and rougher surfaces feel much less uncomfortable than I expected, and I feel far more confident using it away from home.

The lights and mirrors are excellent, the controls are straightforward, and the overall build feels solid rather than flimsy. Most importantly, I’m no longer constantly thinking about where the next bench is or whether I’ll have enough energy to get back to the car.

It’s made shopping and getting out of the house enjoyable again. Very pleased with it.
