The Active Ingredient Is: Cordyceps (Mushroom Extract)

Cordyceps is a traditional medicinal mushroom used as a daily supplement to help energy and performance through a full range of bioactives.

This formulation uses a 10:1 extract from both the fruiting body and mycelium to give a broad profile of active constituents, and is made in a cutting-edge facility to guarantee quality.

What Does Cordyceps Do?

Cordyceps helps with energy metabolism and is thought of as an adaptogen, with mechanisms tied to higher ATP production and better oxygen utilisation, which may support stamina during activity according to research observations.

Evidence from researchers at a university supports improved endurance and time to exhaustion with cordyceps supplementation, matching EFSA’s emphasis on energy-yielding processes in normal physiology.
