The Active Ingredient Is: Carbohydrate (Cluster Dextrin)

Carbohydrate is a main energy source used during workouts to keep performance steady. This form, cluster dextrin, is a highly branched cyclic dextrin that helps provide steady glucose availability.

This type is a slow-releasing carbohydrate derived from starch that fuels energy during activity. It’s part of a blend that also includes electrolytes to support hydration and muscle function.

What Does Carbohydrate (Cluster Dextrin) Do?

Dr. Takii from a university found that cluster dextrin delivers a slow, steady release of glucose to help keep energy up and push fatigue further during long workouts [which supports endurance]. Electrolytes in the formula help fluid balance and normal muscle contraction and nerve signalling, as outlined in the research context.

The pairing of cluster dextrin and electrolytes helps endurance and hydration during training by enabling a steady energy supply and proper fluid and mineral balance [this matters].
