The Active Ingredient Is: Pea Protein

Pea protein is a plant-based protein source that gives a complete amino acid profile for supporting muscle health after exercise.

This form is sourced from peas and adds to the overall protein blend used to support post-workout recovery and muscle maintenance.

What Does Pea Protein Do?

Pea protein helps with muscle protein synthesis and can support muscle recovery when eaten around exercise, and it may contribute to feelings of fullness as part of a balanced diet.

Dr. Babault from the University of Lorraine found that pea protein helps muscle recovery after resistance exercise, aligning with evidence on plant blends for muscle health.
