The Active Ingredient Is: Whey Protein (Concentrate and Isolate)

Whey protein provides all essential amino acids and supports normal muscle function as a high‑quality protein source. It combines concentrate and isolate to deliver complete protein with varying purity levels from milk.

This form is derived from milk and offers rapid absorption, making it a convenient option for contributing to daily protein intake and muscle maintenance through habitual exercise.

What Does Whey Protein Do?

Whey protein supports muscle protein synthesis and recovery when paired with resistance training. It is a protein source that can contribute to lean muscle growth and satiety in the context of a balanced diet, in line with EFSA guidance.

Dr. Morton of the University of Nottingham found that high‑quality whey protein can stimulate muscle protein synthesis and support recovery after exercise, contributing to overall muscle health when used within an active lifestyle.
