The Active Ingredient Is: Citrulline Malate

Citrulline malate is a compound built from the amino acid citrulline bound to malate, used to help maintain normal blood flow and energy production in muscles.

This form is often picked to boost nitric oxide production and endurance related processes that help exercise performance and muscle function.

What Does Citrulline Malate Do?

Citrulline malate helps with vasodilation and nutrient delivery to muscles, which can support endurance and how hard it feels during exercise. It also supports energy metabolism within muscle tissue.

Evidence from studies shows benefits in endurance and recovery contexts, aligning with its role in supporting normal bodily function during physical activity.
