Ogni confezione da 525 g fornisce circa 30 porzioni e ogni misurino da 17,5 g fornisce 11 g di fibra alimentare – 8 g solubili e 3 g insolubili – da tre miscele denominate anziché da un singolo agente di carica. È naturalmente aromatizzato e dolcificato con rebaudioside M.

Indicazioni
Adulti: mescolare 1 misurino al giorno, o mezzo misurino due volte al giorno, in 175–235 ml di liquido fresco. Bambini: mezzo misurino al giorno, o un quarto di misurino due volte al giorno, in 120–175 ml. Se si verifica gonfiore, ridurre la dose per due o tre settimane e aumentarla gradualmente.
