L-Citrulline is an amino acid that helps to support nitric oxide production, aiding to boost blood flow and a stronger muscular pump during workouts [which matters for daily training].

This form is commonly found in pre-workout blends to support circulatory function and nutrient delivery to active muscles, contributing to standard nitric oxide activity in your body [quick note, this helps].

What Does L-Citrulline Do?

L-Citrulline helps to support the production of nitric oxide, which can help to boost blood flow and improved oxygen delivery to working muscles. This helps to support endurance and performance during exercise as part of normal physiological processes.

It participates in vascular and energy metabolism processes to help optimise training sessions in line with standard nutritional guidelines.
