What should the maintenance dose be?

I have been using Cystoprotek for a few years now. I had been troubled by recurrent UTIs rarely free from symptoms.
I was told that the GAG layer in my bladder was the problem after a cystoscopy. I read the few scientific papers I could find on Cystoprotek and read reviews. I started on 4 tablets a day. It took about 3 or 4 months but things settled down. As symptoms disappeared and I felt ‘normal’ I reduced the dose to 3 tablets a day . For the last 6 months I have taken 1tablet at night and 1 in the morning. I am thinking of reducing this to 1 tablet at night. I feel more information on dosage would be good. None of the medical professionals I have talked to know about it.
It has helped me immensely.

I did not receive the CystoProtek 90 softgels - Algonot from the customs, because they asked me to pay a tax of 24% and for the customs clearance papers another €56. As you can understand, the cost list goes up a lot. Here in Greece they cost €78. If you want, can you refund me part of the price??. If not, it doesn't matter, it was my mistake because I didn't know about taxes and customs... Thanks.
