I’ve been really impressed with this scooter. I was starting to avoid longer shopping trips because walking any real distance was becoming tiring, but this has given me a lot more independence.
It feels very stable and secure, the seat is comfortable even when I’m out for a couple of hours, and there’s plenty of room without it feeling awkward to control. I was worried a larger scooter might be difficult in shops, but it’s surprisingly easy to manoeuvre around aisles, shopping centres and tighter spaces.
The suspension and larger tyres also make a noticeable difference outside. Uneven pavements and rougher surfaces feel much less uncomfortable than I expected, and I feel far more confident using it away from home.
The lights and mirrors are excellent, the controls are straightforward, and the overall build feels solid rather than flimsy. Most importantly, I’m no longer constantly thinking about where the next bench is or whether I’ll have enough energy to get back to the car.
It’s made shopping and getting out of the house enjoyable again. Very pleased with it.

Very disappointed in my purchase, not safe for use on road due to no emergency brake and indicator lights are so dull you can’t see them in daylight
Welzo are not replying to requests to return and refund been tying for 2 weeks now so will be seeking legal advise in the near future
