This is the brand new customer voice version of the original description, kept with the exact structure and all facts intact while sounding more like how you’d chat about it with a mate.

The Active Ingredient Is: Essential Amino Acids (EAAs)

Essential amino acids are the body's building blocks required for protein formation and tissue maintenance. This blend delivers EAAs from hydrolysed whey protein isolate in both free‑form and peptide‑bound forms for rapid absorption.

Form: amino acid blend derived from hydrolysed whey protein isolate, including free‑form and peptide‑bound amino acids to support uptake during activity.

What Do Essential Amino Acids Do?

EAAs are involved in protein synthesis and help maintain nitrogen balance within normal physiology, supporting muscle recovery after exercise as described in EFSA‑aligned context. This stuff matters and it’s handy to know when you’re training, plus it’s all explained with a practical angle.

Evidence discussed includes peri‑workout amino acid benefits seen in research led by Dr. Waldron at the University of Leeds, showing amino acid supplementation can support recovery processes when taken around workouts, which is pretty reassuring for everyday training.
