Betaïne, foliumzuur, vitamine B6 en vitamine B12 dragen elk bij aan een normaal homocysteïnemetabolisme; voor betaïne wordt het gunstige effect verkregen bij een dagelijkse inname van 1,5 g. Choline draagt bij aan een normaal homocysteïnemetabolisme, en zink aan een normale DNA-synthese. De B-vitamines worden geleverd in hun bioactieve vorm.
Aanwijzingen
Neem dagelijks een half schepje bij de maaltijd, gemengd met 150–250 ml water (naar smaak verdunnen). Overschrijd de aangegeven aanbevolen dagelijkse dosis niet.
