L-glutamine is a conditionally essential amino acid that helps to support muscle repair and recovery after hard training [which matters for you]. It’s naturally found in dietary protein and is used in supplements to offer a building block for muscle tissue.

This form is a freely available amino acid used to aid normal muscle metabolism and recovery processes after physical activity [a bit more practical for workouts].

L-glutamine helps with muscle protein synthesis, participates in nitrogen transport, and supports immune function during intense training, assisting recovery after exercise [which can make a difference].

Scientific evidence suggests a role in boosting recovery in athletes after demanding workouts.

Dr. Antonio from the University of Nottingham found that glutamine can support recovery in physically active individuals when added to a daily routine [which quietly adds up].
