The Active Ingredient Is: Vitamin B6

Vitamin B6 is a water-soluble vitamin that helps with normal energy release from meals and keeps normal nervous system function. This form is a common dietary vitamin found within a multi-ingredient formula to support cellular energy pathways.

What Does Vitamin B6 Do?

Vitamin B6 plays a role in energy metabolism and supports normal functioning of the nervous system, aligned with EFSA guidance. Dr. Johnson from the University of Cambridge found that B vitamins help energy metabolism, supporting their inclusion in mixed pre-exercise blends to promote steady performance.
