Ingrediënten

1 pakket eenvoudig biologische cacao biscotti mix

2 eieren \, licht geslagen

2 tot 3 theelepels pepermuntsmaak

Aanwijzingen

Verwarm de oven voor op 300 graden.

Lege inhoud van pakket in mengkom. Voeg eieren toe en gewoon biologische pepermuntsmaak. Meng goed.

Kneed het mengsel zoals je zou brood maken; Voeg indien nodig 1 tot 2 eetlepels water toe om deeg te binden. Deeg mag niet vasthouden aan het werkoppervlak of je handen.

Rol gekneed deeg in een boomstam van ongeveer 3 inch breed en 6 inch lang. Plaats op een licht ingevette bakplaat en bak 30 minuten.

Laat afkoelen om aan te raken en snijd vervolgens als brood (3/4-inch dik). Scheid plakjes op cookieblad \, plaats aan de zijkant en bak nog 10 minuten per kant of totdat de gewenste textuur is bereikt. (Biscotti zijn meestal zeer harde koekjes.)

Chef -suggesties

Nadat Biscotti is gekoeld \, besprenkel met gesmolten amandelschors en bestrooi met gemalen pepermunt snoepjes. De snoepstukken zullen in de amandelschors zitten terwijl deze afkoelt.
