The Active Ingredient Is: Carbohydrates (Tri-Carbohydrate Blend)

Carbohydrates supply a key energy source for the body during workouts. This tri-carbohydrate blend brings together several glucose forms to boost fast energy delivery. The blend helps sustain energy release during lengthy activity.

This formulation integrates a maltodextrin, dextrose, and fructose mix, designed to optimise carbohydrate absorption and energy availability. The product also includes an electrolyte matrix to help balance fluids during intense activity.

What Do Carbohydrates Do?

Carbohydrates take part in energy production and help sustain performance during endurance exercise. Research suggests that consuming carbohydrate during prolonged activity helps energy delivery and keeps effort going when intake is optimised for endurance sessions.

Dr. Johnson from the University of Bath found that intake of carbohydrates during endurance exercise supports energy delivery and endurance performance when consumed at recommended rates.
